Villa Potamis (Pitsidia)

Our newest object is finished in May 2008 and can be booked from now on! It is situated in the lovely green belt of the typical Cretan village of Pitsidia. With 130 m² living space Villa Potamis can host up to 9 persons.

In the ground floor are kitchen, living room, large bathroom with washing machine and one bedroom with 2 beds. In the upper floor you will find two further bedrooms with shower/WC. Outside there's a garden with pool as well as private car parking at your disposal.

The detached house is quietly situated east of Pitsidia towards the neighbouring village of Sivas. In the environment there are only a few new built holiday houses. From the terrace and the two balconies of Villa Potamis you have a wonderful view on surrounding nature, the mountains and over the olive trees.

The object is equipped with all comfort, you may expect for your holidays:

air condition (all bedrooms and living room), fully equipped kitchen, 32 " LCD flat screen in the living room, Sat-TV (Astra), free ADSL internet access (WLan), garden furniture, sunbeds at the pool, barbecue area etc.

All doors and the double-glazed windows consist of aluminium, windows are additionally provided with fly screens!
